Energo ESCO SA implemented in November 2018, according to the agreement no. 14483/12.10.2018, a pilot project aiming at retrofitting the hall no. 306 located in the building belonging to Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB) at 1st Mihail Kogălniceanu street, where light intensity (lx) was measured both before, and after the existing devices were replaced.
Project details:
• 52% reduction in energy consumption;
• 200% increase in the illuminance of the work space, restoring the lighting system to a level far superior to the standard minimum level;
• Return on investment in maximum 5 years.
