The project was implemented for Turda Municipality and refers to a building constructed in 1933, with no retrofitting works, and a developed area of over 800 m².

The main objectives included design works for rehabilitation and retrofitting, efficient energy management, increasing the energy efficiency, introducing local renewable sources of thermal energy, restoring the functional capacity and the structural frame and applying sustainable building techniques.
