Energo ESCO and City Plaza Hotel in Cluj-Napoca jointly invested in implementing an ESCO energy efficiency project through an energy performance contract (EPC), consisting in building a low power CHP plant and in ensuring its preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the 10-year contractual period.

Project details:
• Electric power: 2x33 kW;
• Thermal input: 2x71.5 kW;
• Natural gas consumption: 2x99.2 kW;
• Global efficiency: 102.3%.
Project benefits:
• Covers 65% of the annual energy requirement of the hotel;
• Ensures the sustainable development and the protection of the environment through the efficient use of thermal and electric energy;
